Great customer service! Realized a box of Cat6 I had previously purchased was actually CCA instead of solid copper. The order was fulfilled by Amazon, so not certain if it was an error in the original listing or they simply sent the wrong product. Either way, New York Cables was happy to make right on the purchase and exchange for the solid copper even long after the return period had expired with Amazon.
