The CAT6A Plenum Shielded UL Listed  F/UTP ethernet cable comes with an additional layer of protection in form of a foil shield against crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. This extra foil shield is located underneath the outer cable jacket.

As the cable carries the UL-Listed mark, it means that this Cat6a Plenum UL-Listed has been extensively tested against widely accepted safety standards for ethernet cables. The cable comes with a bandwidth capacity of 750 MHz and can exhibit data transfer rates of 10 Gbps over a distance of 100 meters. The Cat6a Shielded Plenum cable comes with a CMP-rated jacket and is designed for installation in the plenum spaces of the buildings such as below raised floors or above the suspended ceilings. Thanks to its CMP-rated jacket, it has low toxicity smoke and a higher degree of flame resistance.

It supports all Cat6a applications such as Ethernet 10 Gigabit, 100BASETX, 100BASEVG ANY LAN, 155ATM, 622ATM, NTSC/PAL Component or Composite Video, AES/EBU Digital Audio, and AES 51, RS-422.

CAT6A Plenum Shielded UL Listed cables support PoE 802.3af, 802.3at, 802.3bt (Type 3, Type 4), 802.3an, 802.3bz, 802.3ab, 802.3u, and is suitable for 10Gb High-Speed Applications. As far as its inner structure is concerned, it comprises 8 pure copper conductors that are bundled together in 4 twisted pairs.  Its pure copper conductors have far less attenuation than CCA conductors and exceed in every performance metric. The cable not only meets but also surpasses all industry standards like EIA/TIA 568-C.2, ISO/IEC-11801 and is in compliance with RoHS and TAA.

As CAT6A Plenum Shielded UL Listed cable carries UL-Listed marking, it means the cable is UL listed. Besides, this cable has also undergone rigorous testing including Fluke DSX-8000 Versiv Cable Analyzer. It meets all industry standards as it is in compliance with RoHS and TIA/EIA standards.
