The UL Listed Cat6A Riser Shielded Cable is designed for high-performance networking installations in riser and vertical building spaces. It comes with a CMR-rated jacket manufactured using flame-retardant materials that help slow fire progression during fire incidents. 

 

This cable is suitable for installation between building floors and other riser environments where reliable performance and enhanced safety are required. Its UL Listed certification confirms compliance with widely accepted industry safety standards for structured cabling installations.

High-Speed Performance with Shielded Protection

This Cat6A riser shielded cable supports data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps over distances up to 100 meters and delivers bandwidth frequencies up to 750 MHz. The cable features an F/UTP shielded design with an aluminum foil shield wrapped around the twisted pairs to minimize electromagnetic interference and reduce alien crosstalk. 

 

Additional shielding helps maintain strong signal integrity and reliable data transmission in environments with high electrical interference or demanding network traffic.

Pure Copper Conductors and Industry Compliance

The cable features 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors bundled into four tightly twisted pairs for enhanced conductivity and reduced attenuation compared to copper-clad aluminum conductors. Pure copper construction allows stable performance even in demanding installation environments. 

 

This Cat6A riser cable supports multiple networking applications, including 10 Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, digital audio, and video transmission systems. It is Fluke tested based on ANSI/TIA 568C.2 Cat6A standards and designed for both riser and outdoor installations.
