Ethernet cables with LLDPE ratings are meant for installation in a harsh outdoor environment as they can withstand extreme weather conditions. You can also directly bury or trench the Cat5e Direct Burial Gel-Filled cable due to the stronger outer jacket. It means that direct burial cables are ideal for installations in your backyard, or in between the buildings, or on the side of houses. The direct burial Cat5e gets optimum moisture protection through its water blocking tape. As far as the specifications are concerned, the cable supports data transfer rates of 1 Gbps up to a distance of 164 feet and 100 Mbps up to a distance of 100 meters or 328 feet. The Cat5e Direct Burial Gel-Filled cable has pure copper conductors and therefore it enjoys top-notch protection against crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. Our cable meets all ANSI/TIA, and UL standards. With a bandwidth capacity of 350 MHz, your signal remains intact throughout the intended run.
