New York Cables believe that you should not settle for anything less than quality. We manufacture a wide range of cabling solutions including several sorts of category cables, wires, and cable accessories. All of our cabling solutions including cat6 PVC cable have a thing in common and that is quality.
Our category 6 cables are high-performance Ethernet cables designed to give you optimum conductivity and quality transmissions. This particular cat6 cable is a high-quality cable that has polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation. It comes at a very budget-friendly price because we have always appreciated affordability for our customers. Here, it is important to know that you should use the cable with PVC insulation in non-plenum spaces. Plenum spaces are prone to catch fire; therefore it is mandatory to observe that the cables used in them are plenum rated because they contain fire-retardant properties. In non-plenum spaces, our PVC insulated cables are highly recommended. You can use this cat6 PVC cable inflexible as well as fixed installations, and with that, you can also use it in applications whereby the cable needs to be exposed to either low or high temperatures. In addition, the PVC insulation is not deteriorated by UV rays. The cable has 23 American Gauge Wire AWG, four twisted pairs and eight solid conductors. This cable, like our other cables, is manufactured observing the set standards of the industry. Now, what that means is that our cabling solutions are compliant with the market norms and minimum requirements required by certain agencies. The cables even not only meet such standards but also exceed them. Our cat6 PVC cable is EIA/TIA verified and RoHS compliant. It is a high-performance cable that has tested to support bandwidth frequencies of up to 550MHz and the data transfer rate has been tested up to 1 Gbps with a low bit error rate. Therefore, you can use these cables for 10BASE-T (Ethernet), 100BASE-TX (Fast Ethernet) 1000BASE-T (Gigabit Ethernet GbE) and 10BASE-T (10-Gigabit Ethernet).
The cat6 PVC cable is incorporated with a twisted pair design. It has four unshielded twisted pairs and a total of eight conductors. The twisted pairs are a market standard design intended to bring about conductivity. Cat6 PVC cable is manufactured with tighter and taunt twists so that cross-talk and other electromagnetic interferences are kept at bay, and you are provided with enhanced conductivity. Cross talk can be a very annoying issue, especially if you are running multiple cables close to each other, and also if high frequencies are involved. We have made sure that this is reduced with the use of thicker sheaths, tighter wounds and so on in our cables. This reduction in cross talks maintains the integrity of your data. You suffer less loss of bit errors in your set up.
